Adidas is preparing for the Beijing 2008 Olympics with a campaign, “Together in 2008, Impossible is Nothing”, rallying the Chinese people to support their athletes and get behind the games. The print campaign features well known Chinese Olympic competitors supported in their field by their compatriots. Zheng Zhi, captain of the Chinese football (soccer) team, does a crowd dive. Hu Jia, gold medallist at the 2004 Olympics in the 10 metre platform, stands on a platform of people. Sui Feifei, basketball player with the Sacramento Monarchs, leaps towards a goal held by Chinese supporters. Members of the Chinese womens volleyball team are backed up by the Chinese crowds.
Impossible is Nothing Credits
The Impossible is Nothing campaign for China was developed at 180/TBWA, China by executive creative directors Yang Yeo and John Merrifield, creative director/copywriter/art director Elvis Chau, creative director/copywriter Sarawut Hengsawad, creative director Lesley Zhou, copywriters Nicky Zhang and Michelle Wu, art directors Nie Lang, Xia Zheng and Amani Qian, with illustrator Lu Ming and photographer Mark Zibert.
Anyone know who the artist is here or where we can obtain copies of these prints?
The artist, in the credits, is Luming. The photographer is Mark Zibert. I would say that Adidas China would have the posters.
