Australia’s Shire Skin Cancer Clinic murals are popping up online at the moment. Skin cancer is a cause for concern in Australia, particularly right now with the summer days becoming longer and longer. The murals were placed at a swimming pools and surf clubs in 2001 and left to the mercies of the scorching sun. Regular bathers were invited to “watch how a thousand Australians die every year”.
