The Uniting Church in Australia is running an advertising campaign designed to encourage the development of social capital in South Australia. Their television, web, print and outdoor campaign centres on the concept of the Ampersand, reminding members of the public that we don’t make much sense when we’re apart, but when we’re together we become a community. “A community is not a collection of individuals. The Uniting People campaign was developed at Jam, Adelaide, by creative director Jim Robinson, art director Mike Wilson, copywriter Steve Callen.
