Beyoncé Knowles has gathered huge support for the music video for ‘Irreplaceable’, judging by the number of MTV awards and YouTube statistics (20 million views at least) this year. The music video, which premiered in October 2006, features Beyoncé’s boyfriend (played by Bobby Roache), packing his belongings and leaving her house. The opening twenty seconds are shot in silence, showing the guy moving his boxes while she pays attention to her manicure. We see Beyoncé dancing, looking at herself in the mirror, wearing huge curlers, a high-waisted skirt, and lipstick, singing with her band. The video ends with Beyoncé opening her front door to welcome her new boyfriend. During the video, Beyoncé is seen leaning on a 2007 Jaguar XK.
