Tourism Australia has launched “Time to Dream”, a short film made on New Year’s Eve 2011 in Sydney, Australia. Stories contributed on the See Australia Facebook page were edited together with user-generated video clips, uploaded via the Sydney NYE iPhone app, and the official broadcast footage of the fireworks within hours of the midnight celebrations. The film, initially titled Project: 12, emerged as Time to Dream.
